About FOIL

The Friends of the Issaquah Library are dedicated to encouraging community interest and participation in the Issaquah Library, a branch of the King County Library System; promoting public knowledge of Library services, resources, facilities and needs; and raising funds for the enhancement of programs, services and facilities of the Library.

Membership is open anyone who enjoys supporting library programs and activities. 

Friends volunteers lead the organization and raise funds to support library programs.  Volunteers actively participate in the Book Sales and maintain the Friends Book Sale area inside the library.

FOIL board meetings are generally held the second Thursday of the month, September through June, at 1 pm at the Issaquah Library. We welcome new members of the general public to our meetings.
